Too many organizations let culture take shape by chance! The best leaders and organizations have a strong, positive and intentional culture. Their core values become their GPS and are woven into the fabric of their organization at all levels. During this workshop you will:

• Solidify core values as a team to eliminate confusion or ambiguity
• Identify company norms, unwritten rules and expectations so your team fully understands expectations
• Set team members up for success by creating a “Core Values in Action” playbook
• Map out critical interview questions that support your culture and core values so that you can immediately identify misalignment and save time and money from the wrong hires
• Create an environment where peer-to-peer accountability takes place and culture breaches are identified and dealt with to preserve the emotional health of the organization
